Using The Church of Thessaly Calendar

I have gotten permission to make The Church of Thessaly Calendar public so I wanted to also explain the Calendar. You will notice some similarities to the way I had set up the Echoes from the Temple Calendar (which is my solitary work toward what the Church of Thessaly Calendar is). You will notice that the Month names are not taken from the Attic Calendar or aligned to the phases of the Moon.

The Church of Thessaly Calendar consists of the following:

The Months are divided among the Gods and Goddesses of Olympus, which gives each deity a time of worship throughout the year where specific rituals are performed in honor and worship of that deity.

Gamelion (Hera) - December 21 - January 19
Aphrodisia (Aphrodite) - January 20 - February 18
Poseideia (Poseidon) - February 19 - March 21
Arion (Ares) - March 22 - April 19
Dionysia (Dionysus) - April 20 - May 20
Hermaion (Hermes) - May 21 - June 20
Thargelion (Apollo) - June 21 - July 22
